Future Firm Forum 2024, Queenstown, New Zealand

I’m delighted to have accepted an invitation from my Law Consultancy Network colleague, Simon Tupman, to speak at this year’s Future Firm Forum in Queenstown, New Zealand. I’ll be joined by some stellar speakers on subjects such as building a high-performance culture, diversity and balancing tech with a human touch. I’ll be speaking on Pricing, and how adopting a value-based approach can lead not only to improved profitability, but also enhances client satisfaction. Oh, and I’ll be touching on what AI means for Pricing too. I hope to see many of my former students at the College of Law, Australia, at this event, and to meet many new people too!
